What makes Clean Design Home® products hypoallergenic? All our products are made from pure cotton and natural materials with no synthetic finishes, chemical treatments, or artificial dyes that trigger allergies or irritate sensitive skin.
What does non-toxic mean at Clean Design Home®? Non-toxic means our products contain no harmful chemicals, synthetic coatings, or materials tested on animals. Every product is safe for your family, pets, and the planet.
Are your products safe for babies and children? Yes. Our Baby-Child collection is specifically designed to be free from toxins, allergens, and harsh chemicals, making them safe for newborns and children with sensitive skin.
Are your products certified? Our products meet hypoallergenic standards and are free from synthetic irritants. Check individual product pages for specific certifications.
Are your products safe for people with asthma or eczema? Yes. Our allergen-aware products are specifically designed for people with asthma, eczema, dust mite allergies, and chemical sensitivities.

What interior design services does Robin Wilson offer? Robin Wilson offers full-service residential, commercial, hospitality, and developer interior design. Services include space planning, material sourcing, allergen-aware design, and project management from concept to completion.
Where does Clean Design Home® provide interior design services? We are based in New York City and serve clients across the United States including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, and nationally for commercial and hospitality projects.
What is allergen-aware interior design? Allergen-aware design means selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that minimize exposure to dust, mold, chemicals, and synthetic irritants — creating spaces that are both beautiful and healthy.
How do I schedule an interior design consultation? Email nest@cleandesignhome.com or visit our Interior Design page to schedule a consultation with Robin Wilson and her team.
Has Robin Wilson's interior design work been published? Yes. Robin Wilson's work has been featured in House Beautiful, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, O Magazine, and on HGTV, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX, and more.
ORDERS & POLICIES
What is your return policy? Our return policy can be accessed in the footer of each web page. We do not accept returns on used items, except in the case of defective products. As a small business (not Amazon!), we appreciate your understanding.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Most standard orders are processed with in 3-5 business days. Tracking information is added to our online portal and sent via email you added to your order once the order ships. For questions, please call 800-830-3874 or email nest@cleandesignhome.com and a Customer Experience Rep will respond (include your order # if possible with any correspondence)
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Use that number directly on the carrier website, and regular notifications will be sent automatically as our system tracks your order. Delivery notification is also sent.
Porch Pirates? We are not responsible for stolen packages or porch pirates, and urge you to select an address where your items will be delivered safely, such as an office or locker.
Are any products FSA/HSA Eligible? Some are considered eligible if they mitigate your allergies. Check with your HR office to determine if you can use your credits for our products.
Do you offer a loyalty rewards program? Yes, and you earn with each purchase, plus bonus points for signup and adding your birthday.
Do you have a registry? Yes, and you can create and share your registry or wishlist prior to your big event
Do you offer gift cards? Yes and they are available in digital format in multiple amounts. Select the amount, add the recipient information and the card is active for their usage.
Do you gift wrap? Not at this time.
