Founder Story-Robin Wilson

...she wrote the books!

Robin Wilson was born and raised in Austin, Texas. From birth, she was considered pan-allergic - facing multiple hospitalizations to treat asthma attacks and allergic anaphylaxis. Her parents were lucky to encounter a holistic pediatrician who asked them a simple question: "Do you want to raise a strong child, or a child on strong medicine?" That question changed everything: sparking a complete revamp of environment, diet, exercise and shapes Robin's entire wellness philosophy.

     

The unique part of her lifestory:

  • her paternal grandfather was a sharecropper who picked cotton in Texas.
  • her maternal grandfather was an entrepreneur focused on generational wealth

The luxury Supima™ cotton featured in several of her CLEAN DESIGN HOME® textiles is grown in Texas. Her life story is a true American story of rising from humble beginnings to build a global brand that would make her ancestors proud!

She holds a Master's Degree from New York University and Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Her board service includes: Sustainable Furnishings Council, the YWCA (NYC, Boston, Austin), DoSomething and the Boston Symphony Board of Overseers.
